We are here to make your vision come to life! If you're looking for something a little more custom, we can help create the exact garment you are looking for. For more information about a custom order, please submit an inquiry.

Custom
We offer many customizations that range from patterns, color, stitching, fabric and labels. Our development process includes custom lab dips, tech packs and development sample approval and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times start at two weeks and can vary depending on the size of your order and type of customization. Note that quoted lead times begin from final development sample approval
PRIVATE LABEL
We are happy to sew your branded labels in our shirts.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum number of items for custom orders start at 2,000 units per style/color. Minimums can vary, depending on the style you are intersted in.
Shipping & Returns

Yes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging in and visiting the My Account section.
Orders ship via our preferred carrier, Federal Express, unless indicated otherwise on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges; the default delivery method is FOB, unless stated otherwise. Please allow one business day to process all orders.

To ensure the safety of large orders we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all cartons over $500.
Yes. Please allow 2 hours from the time you place your order. LTL shipments may require longer window due to carrier restrictions.

Yes, however certain restrictions apply. Orders must be processed in full cases. Please contact your customer service representative or sales@bellacanvas.com for more information.
Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Customers must report all merchandise shortages, overages, or damages to the BELLA+CANVAS Customer Service Department within 7 days from merchandise receipt.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization #). All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.

Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of BELLA+CANVAS error.

Customer and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.

All sales are final on closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.

Yes, but you must be a qualified contract printer or distributor (PPAI/ASI) to purchase directly from BELLA + CANVAS. If you qualify, please contact us at sales@bellacanvas.com or create an account.

You may also purchase from one of our preferred distributors. Please visit our Distributor Locator to contact your nearest distributor. If you have any questions regarding distributors or ordering, please email us at order@bellacanvas.com for assistance.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Credit cards will be charged upon shipment of order.

Please ask your Sales rep about other payment methods such as Pay Pal or Wire Transfer.

You may apply for payment Terms, however, you must allow 24-48 hours for factor approval. Please contact customer service at sales@bellacanvas.com or 855-363-2200 if you have any questions regarding payment methods.
Domestic shipments do not have any minimum order quantities or values required. However, international orders must order by the case.
No. Unfortunately, we do not allow back-orders to be placed online at this time. Please contact your Inside Sales Representative if you require a back-order.

No. Inventory is not held until the order is submitted.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to fully process prior to shipment. For possible same day shipping, orders must be placed by 1pm Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time will ship out within 1-2 business days.
